Get Ready!

  • What are the school Gymnasium requirements?
For maximum visibility students are asked to be seated on the gymnasium floor with centre aisle left open for performer, robots, volunteers and projector. We also require an electrical outlet, (1) rectangular table and (1) chair.

  • Will I be contacted before the scheduled performance?
Robocation will contact you the week and the day before the performance to confirm the date, time and also the location of gymnasium doors outside your school.

  • How long does it take to set up and break down the show?
Robocation needs 80 minutes to set up for the performance and same to break down the set and pack those robots!

  • What about deposit or payments?
A deposit is not required upon confirmation date and the entire amount can be paid including G.S.T. with a cheque payable to Robocation on the day of the performance.

  • How many students can watch a performance?
We ask that no more than 400 students attend any one performance. Our sound system is only designed to allow this number of students to hear adequately.

  • What if buses are cancelled due to inclement weather?
Call 705-812-2203 ASAP and we will re-schedule when all students are able to attend.
